How to Be More Consistent
The trick to fight procrastination when you'd really rather only have 30-40 minutes or 2+ hours to write or go for a long run, is to "Just Do It." You only have 15-20 minutes? Do it anyway!!! Little steps more often add up to more growth over time. Do it anyway.Set a kitchen timer for 20 minutes. How much did you write? Share in the comments!
