The two best features, aside from making and getting to know a new friend, are her Windows of Insight and her Marketing Case Studies (Marketing Mondays). The Windows of Insight delves into the minds of creative people in an effort to inspire and enlighten by sharing creative problem solving methods. Very interesting. The Marketing blog posts are interviews with published authors. They share how they have marketed and promoted their books. Very informational with lots of great ideas.
Hope you'll check out her blog and leave her a comment. If you missed previous recipients of the Pot-O-Gold Blogger Award, you can still visit them, too!
So, Alison, congratulations on being August's Pot-O-Gold Blogger Award recipient! Here's to hoping you'll pay it forward.
Thank you, Tarissa! (Pixel Berry Pie Designs) |
If you receive the Pot-O-Gold Blogger Award, here are the rules:
- Say thank you to the person who gave it to you.
- Write a post and include the image of the award, a link to the person's blog who gave it to you, and a link to my blog, WRITE WILD. (Copy and paste the rules in your post.)
- Award four bloggers this award and tell why each is a Pot-O-Gold! (If you receive this award more than once, just award one blogger instead of four.)
- Share four simple things about yourself: 1-a time you had to exercise FAITH, 2-something you HOPE for, 3-something (or someone) you LOVE, and 4-a time when you felt LUCK.
Keep on keepin' on...
Hi Christie - I love Alison's blog and read her Marketing Mondays with great interest, but do you know, I didn't even know about the windows of insight feature? She must not have done one for a while, or else I totally missed it... Anyway, I agree it's a great blog.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of, though, so is yours! I hadn't visited in a while and just spent some time reading through a whole bunch of your back posts and really enjoying them. I have trouble keeping up with all the blogs I want to read, but I've figured it out now - I get that email subscription thing so new posts come right to your inbox and that way you don't have to remember to check and you're in no danger of missing new posts!
Looking forward to a pitch from you for Would You Read It :)
Great to see Alison get recognition. Her blog really is great!!
